This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry service. The staff helped me with parking on my first stay, making it memorable. I’m definitely coming back for a weekend!

The view of the city from the top floor was great and the air conditioning did wonders during the heat.

This is a no go area for the quality seeker
There was a view of the city from the top floor that was surprisingly good I might say and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in that heat. Also got to experience a security guy who was friendly and helped with my bags despite the hotel staff being less than accommodating.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable given the circumstances.

clean reception but noisy atmosphere
The reception area was spotless and welcoming. Our Triple Room was spacious enough for the three of us, making our stay comfortable. The view of the city from our room was quite impressive, adding a nice touch to our experience.
The noise from the surrounding rooms was quite distracting at night.

easy access into the Durban CBD, close proximity to the beach front, short walk to the Durban yacht club
The dirty carpets and foul smell on the 5th floor are not inviting!!! The unclean foyer and stained furniture in the common areas leave a less than stellar impression!!! Tight elevator space is inconvenient!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The noise from other guests made it hard to sleep at night. Paid for a standard double, got a tiny room with no air conditioning. Wi-Fi barely worked, but the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Easy check-in process.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a friendly receptionist making for a welcoming arrival. noise from other rooms was bothersome at night, making it difficult to relax. The family room was smaller than anticipated, which added to our discomfort during our stay. It was convenient being located near the harbor, easy for exploring dining options like grilled fish. Security was reassuring with 24-hour presence, although the overall ambiance could use an update.

Walking through the corridors, I noticed the carpets were dirty and the walls were in dire need of a fresh coat of paint—definitely not a great first impression. There were incidents of noise from outside and late-night activities, which might not sit well for light sleepers. The room's furniture also seemed tired and worn out, with a few broken cupboard doors and stains on the linens. security practices raised some eyebrows, as one guest experienced an unsettling incident when someone entered their room unannounced. I'd recommend keeping your expectations low if you decide to check in, as the charm is not quite what it used to be.

Oh man, the breakfast at Roma Revolving Restaurant was a total vibe! The views while chowing down are just mind-blowing. Plus, the bed in our Triple Room was so comfy I almost slept my whole holiday away! Don't forget the friendly crew at reception—aye, they made everything smooth sailing.
Yo, but let me keep it real—the dirty floors and dodgy state of the bathroom had me cringing hard. The Wi-Fi? More like 'Why-try? ' Maybe they need to up their game, fam.

The Family Room was a bit of a letdown. The bed linen felt really old and dirty, which my daughter didn't react well to. The bathroom was super tiny, making it hard for my grandson to wash properly. Plus, the noise from other guest rooms was annoying, even after we reported it. On the bright side, at least we had access to a shower. Breakfast wasn't provided, but we managed that on our own.
